Message So I've been a TT.net member for about a year now.... Don't post much, just soak it all in. But now i really am clueless after numerous searches and inquiries on this one.

So a couple hours ago I'm cruising down the interstate, doing about 90, and a newer stock looking M3 flies past me and slows down. Having just done a couple things to the Z, I decided to give it a go, thinking this would be over pretty quick.

Well it turned out it wasnt. It was almost embarassing. He just started pullung away at about 80. 2nd attempt, same result.

Now granted, I purchased the car from a guy who had a swap done to it. It was an AT/NA and now its a 5spd/TT. I have no way to contact the shop/shadetree who conducted this procedure. So i dont know too much about the motor. Obviously, he wasnt too bright, as he had the stock intercoolers covered up by the NA bumper. Yikes.

Anyway, I have always felt the car was a bit sluggish, but this weekend I added a profec/b and HKS exhaust replacing the 3" megan that was unbelievably loud. When I took it out after the exhaust but before the profec, I immediately noticed WAY too much lag. It was horrible. So after the profec, it still didnt change anything. THe car almost drives like a bridgeported 13b, nothing on low end at all until at least 3500, but when I get to full boost, its still unimpressive.

Mod on the car are as follows:

Single POP
Z1 DP & TP
Clutch fan delete
Apollo FMIC (flame on, but it was quite an upgrade from stockers behind a bumper)
HKS Hiper-- could the drop from 3" to 2.5" make that much difference?
Profec B-Installed Correctly, but settings worry me
Boost=57%
Gain=20%
Set Boost=9
=10psi

No boost leaks, fresh pfr 6b-11b plugs, timing at 15,

Turbos? Help. It jast seemed like this happened too quickly. Last week it was not that bad.
